Black Pepper Ponzu Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 t. sugar
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1/4 t. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions:

In a bowl, whisk together the first 5 ingredients, then whisk in the mayonnaise. Drizzle this tangy sauce on grilled fish or meat.
