This classic drink is as simple to make as it is to drink. It’s almost too easy to have too many.
- 2 oz. Elijah Craig whiskey
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 4 mint leaves
- 1/2 lemon, cubed
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Place all ingredients into a shaker and muddle. Add ice and shake well.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and enjoy.
Makes one cocktail.
