We’re at Allora in June ~ Calgary’s newest Italian restaurant from the Vintage Group.

Vintage’s VP of Culinary, Justin Labossiere (formerly NOtaBLE’s executive chef) and executive chef Thipp have put a real focus on their ingredients., with 90 percent of their menu either house-made, locally sourced, or imported directly from Italy.

And, as Labossiere used to run his own gluten-free pasta company, he’s a whizz at alternative flours, so almost everything on the menu is, or can be made, gluten-free!
