A territory formerly known as “French Indochina”, located between India and China, Indochine’s very unique ingredients are constantly inspiring many talented professional chefs. This class will give you a chance to explore its amazing array of flavours and you will learn to create simple and flavourful dishes that will trigger your own culinary expression.

This class includes a recipe book, a three-course meal with wine sampling or non-alcohol beverages, and a customized kitchen utensil to take home!
