Ever wanted to learn how to make your own fermented foods?

I invite you to join me in a fun evening of a wonderful hands-on experience in the kitchen!

Fermented foods provide us with many health benefits, such as adding important nutrients to our diet, optimizing our immune system, detoxifying our bodies and helping us digest our food.

In this fun, delicious class we will make everything from scratch and you will get to take it all home with you, in addition to a recipe booklet.
We will have samples of all the items we prepare to taste during the class.

Pickled turnips, beets & carrots

Sourdough bread

$66 per person – fee includes samples, snacks, recipes and all of your creations to take home.
