Emilia Romagna is a region located in the North East of Italy, whose main city is Bologna. It’s a great historical region, divided between the hills and the sea.
Typical of this area is the street food: simple, really tasty and easy to prepare.
In our menu you can easily recognize these characteristics, being totally inspired by this gorgeous region! Here’s our five course fine dinner:
