Alberta Food Tours keeps two beehives under the mentorship of Apiaries and Bees for Communities. For the past five years Rouge Restaurant has graciously given our bees a summer home in their gorgeous garden.
This #EatAlbertaFirst dinner will celebrate the talents of Rouge’s chefs in preparing a sumptuous dinner accented with honey and the 10th anniversary of Apiaries and Bees for Communities with founder Eliese Watson.
Rouge’s Chef de Cuisine Darnell Japp will present a 4 course honey-themed dinner with guest chef Matthew Filson-Lau of Burwood Distillery.
Beverage pairings are included in the price and will feature Fallen Timber Meadery, Chinook Arch Meadery, Burwood Distillery and Eau Claire Distillery.
