Find all your fresh ingredients at Calgary Farmers’ Market. Or buy this ready-made at Forage. Forage makes fresh pesto for Alf’s, a greenhouse grower at the Calgary Farmers’ Market.

1 lb Gull Valley Greenhouse tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 c. cooked chunky pasta, such as bow tie, penne or radiatori
8 small bocconcini cheeses, sliced (from Sylvan Star)
2 T. Forage-Alf’s pesto
Salt and pepper to taste

Gently toss the ingredients together in a bowl. Serves 4.
