Citrus Pepper Wet Rub

2 T. lime juice
1 T. honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 t. grated lime zest
1 t. grated lemon zest
2 t. cracked black peppercorns
1 T. olive oil

Put all ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine. Use as a marinade for fish, poultry or lamb. Makes 1/3 cup. Sensational!
