3 large very ripe tomatoes, diced small

2-3 T. ground chipotle chiles

1 medium red onion, diced small

1 t. minced garlic

1/2 c. chopped cilantro

juice of 2 or 3 limes

liberal quantity salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together and let sit a bit to let the flavours become well acquainted.
